Since September, I have had the privilege to serve in the phone ministry. This has been a great blessing for my spiritual walk as it has amplified my faith and belief in the power of prayer. During these past months I have witnessed instant (miraculous) healings, and many praise reports.

 

An example was when a lady from up north called with extreme pain in her leg, saying that she had been to doctors and they couldn't do anything for her. She had also called several prayer lines looking for a release from the pain. I led her to the Lord and kept telling her that she was going to be healed.

 

After reading scripture to her, I asked her to put her hand on her leg to receive healing from the Lord. Almost instantly she screamed and started running around and praising Jesus, because her pain was completely gone.

 

On February 19, a different lady called with some burdensome financial problems. She could not pay her monthly bills and was having continuing problems in the refinancing of her home; so she could better winterize her home and reduce the monthly payments. After reading scripture on prosperity we prayed.

 

A few days later she called with a praise report. She explained that the very next day after we had prayed, someone had wired money into her bank account sufficient to pay all her outstanding bills, and that the bank had called and informed her (something that they had never done before). Then she told me that she had gone to the county office to try to get the paper work moving on her refinancing. During a short period of time in the offices all the paper work was done.

 

This is just two examples of God's goodness and power. It has been truly a blessing to be able to serve in this ministry.  The excitement of witnessing how this ministry is blessing so many people is remarkably exciting and gratifying.
